Certified
Built on AT Protocol

One account.
Your work.
Recognized everywhere.

Certified is where your profile, your work, and your supporters live — independent of any single platform. Sign in once, and it works across every app in the network.

Already used Certified on another app? Same email, same account. Enter it and you're in. No password needed.

What lives here

Your Certified account holds three things

01

Your profile

Who you are and what you work on, in one place. Edit it once; it updates everywhere it's used.

02

Your record

The projects you've run, the funding you've received, the work you've published. It stays yours and moves with you, whichever apps come and go.

03

Your supporters

Endorsements from partners, funders, and organizations that know your work. Signed, checkable, and attached to the work itself — not to a platform that controls it.

How it feels in practice

Maya runs a watershed restoration project

01

She raises funding

Maya raised funding for her organization on a crowdfunding app like Ma Earth. Her project page, updates, and supporters were saved to a Certified record automatically — held by her or her organization, whichever fits.

02

Her record speaks for her

A monitoring partner adds bioacoustic evidence of the watershed's recovery to her record. A foundation she's never met finds her account, sees her work and who vouched for it, and reaches out.

03

She never starts over

Next quarter she applies to a grants platform or enters a prize competition. No new profile, nothing to fill in again. Her record and the trust signals from others come with her.

Built for an AI world

When anything can be generated, real is the rare thing

Certified doesn't generate trust. It records it. A verified, endorsed history that both people and machines can rely on.

01

When every project sounds impressive

With AI, anyone can produce a compelling pitch, so presentation says little about whether a project is good. Judgement shifts to what can't be performed: funding you genuinely raised, work you published, endorsements signed by partners who put their name to it. Evidence, not eloquence.

02

The trust layer agents read

Records are open and machine-readable on AT Protocol. As AI agents start discovering projects, matching funders, and vouching on people's behalf, your signed record is what they read. When people and AI decide together, that transparency is what keeps the outcomes sound.

Why it's trustworthy

Built so you don't have to trust us

02

Open protocol

Built on and for AT Protocol. Anyone can verify how it works; anyone can build on it.

03

Auditable by anyone

Every component is open source. Security through transparency, not obscurity.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

The convenience is the same: one account that works across apps. The difference is who holds it. A Google account lives at Google; your Certified account belongs to you, with your record and supporters attached, and no company can lock you out of it.

On supported apps you can connect Certified to the account you already have. From then on, the work you do there is saved to your record. It doesn't matter where you first signed up: it's the same account, and it works everywhere.

An open, decentralized network for building social applications. Identities are user-owned: your account and data belong to you, work across apps, and can move between providers. Bluesky runs on it, and so does Certified.

Yes. Certified is built on AT Protocol, the same open network behind Bluesky, so you can sign in with any AT Protocol account, including your Bluesky handle. A Certified account is just one home among many in that ecosystem.

Nothing. Accounts are free for people and organizations. Funders and platforms can integrate with the open network directly, without asking us and without paying.

We're happy to support any integration. Only hands-on help is a paid service: .

No. Our founding community works in ecological regeneration — that's why many early profiles are land and climate projects — but accounts, records, and endorsements work the same way for any impact domain: open-source software, journalism, science, community events, and more.

Your account lives on open standards and open-source software, operated by the Hypercerts Foundation. You can move it to another provider at any time, and everything you've published stays verifiable. The network doesn't depend on one organization's survival.
